I think it goes much further than just JB.

We have GIANTS (big businessmen and reputations) on both sides of the fence. I think they could all see more benefit in combining forces rather than biffing rocks at each other.

Theres a lot of muscle in this merger, and a lot of arms can be bent to suit the business. Its all about networking and favors, wanting to be inside the circle, looking after careers, and at the end of the day its tax deductible. And then theres looking after the company and employees. Its a win/win situation for any executive that decides their business (their career) needs our product from now on.

I know if I owned a large trucking business (for example) and I was asked to purchase this product, about my only question would be "do I get an invite to the Xmas party".

“The concept behind the merger is to build a stronger offering,” Ross said. “They are stronger in the consumer side and they have this marketing deal with Justin Bieber.” Ross would not speculate on whether or not Bieber would also be used to market the iZUP product to enterprise customers.

“The more obvious merits of Justin Bieber in the consumer and retail space are very clear and we will see what the best representation for fleet and enterprise customers will be,” he said.
