I discharged the last publication I had received into the round file but it looks like your assumptions are not 'bad' at all. The spelling out of the numbers is clever for the Evelyn Wood types, but I am sure it's not intentional :)

Like yourself, still curious how I got on this mailer in the first place, although I didn't receive a follow up.
