lowtrade - read most of your posts these days (lurking :) and very much appreciate your insights. Regarding GRDO.... been involved in it off and on for awhile, most recently between 0003 - 0009... would be interested in your thoughts on the setup of this one.

In the Notes from the 2011 Q3 Statements ( http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=GRDO&id=65963 ), $150K was raised via private placement of Series A common stock (it's detailed in Note.10 at the very bottom of the page of that link).

Huge transaction of shares that retail couldn't touch at 0002 around that time (Oct. 24 through Nov. 29) - then the stock was able to move UP after that, without shares raining down... until .001, when the run was stopped cold by a 100M shares on the ASK showing up out of the blue. Slow downwards to basically 0005/6 after that as peeps sold their shares.

Then this super high volume on Friday: 134M shares at 0002-4. No retail picked up 2's; some were able to get 3's.

Would be very interested in hearing your take - I don't have the wherewithal (read "ability," lol) to quite piece it together.

Oh - and the company has seemingly been doing plenty that they could be PR'ing/pumping - but NADA on that front... seems they're holding it back until their "business" is fully transacted in the lower trips. Then... game time?
