#32441 RE: BADALI #32419

I think most of you know that I am a trader, and, a chartist, I usually trade the charts, not the companies, I don't care who is the CEO, if they have a product, resuming, I trade penny stocks, and, penny stocks are trash, so I am a trash trader :)

Before I buy for myself, or recommend any stock to my subscribers and clients, I only search for a few things, if they have a past of making R/S, or if it is probable that they will need to make one in the short term, it they have a past of dilution, or if they will need to dilute in the short term, and, finally if they have some other problems, like BK soon, delisting or any other danger that may cause me a bad surprise.

ATRN is an exception, I was one of the first guys on this board, I remember pretty well that the first time I posted here, TOUCAN was the only Moderator, the board had about 20 boardmarks, and, I think about 5 posts per day. ATRN is an exception to me, because the down trend is amazing, the first time I looked at the chart, I was immediately sure that ATRN would be a gold mine, it is a perfect chart, I concluded immediately that it would be a perfect V shape breakout, because the charts were extremely oversold.

Even without trace any lines, I saw that .26 would be a perfect and achievable target, so I opened an exception , and, made some DD on the company, the first big thing I discovered was that the stock was a Nasdaq stock only 1 or 2 months back, and, that delisted voluntarily, this is not usual, so I thought that these guys may have a plan, and, the delist was part of that plan, when they began to dilute to pay the debt, get rid of no profitable business, selling assets to pay the debt, etc, it was and still is clear to me that they have a plan to put the company in the right direction again, to merge, to be bought, or to simply recover the company, and, be listed again in the Nasdaq, because if it was to stay on the pink sheets, they would not sell assets to pay debt, and, if it was to not recover the company in this way they are doing, they would not voluntarily delist, they would simply fill to bankruptcy.

I really don't know which one of the two options will happen, but, I do know that will be something to create value to the shareholders and stockholders, in the short term, so I will hold all my shares, my clients are holding all their shares, until I see a reasonable price to sell, and, it will be somewhere .26 and .50.
