I read that this morning. The guy with the 102% rate needs to take his accountant's advice and relocate to FL.

As Cramer pointed out the tri-state area NY,NJ,CT is one clusterF for taxes. NYC residents really get screwed. Once in a while I'll get a call from someone who works in the City and my advice is MOVE!

I don't see Romney gaining many votes with his 13.9% rate.
