Pretty tough to do when your history puts you on quicksand. No leverage and nothing to bargain with. Its a beat up company and it got there at the hand of Eric. There is no common ground when you need the financing and your getting desperate.

Boy isn't that the truth. This statement by Eric is fraught with scarey smoke and mirror interpretational propaganda. This response is very nebulous and honestly tells you nothing. I personally would love to be a fly on the wall in whatever office of suits that he tries to present the dream to for financing..WOW what a treat. Thats assuming he gets the appointment.

What ever happened to his meetings in NYC that he had with financiers? How come no follow up questions regarding that? after all he had to go what, 3 days early and spend a load of precious money to do that.
