This trade was less than the HOD but more than LOD, probably means a MM could not complete the trade until after hours for some reason.

I'd get suspicious if the trade was less than LOD, but RNNM appears to be smart enough to know the current SEC attitude toward 504 dumping, they are trying to become fully reporting so to file an S1.
