It is a shelf registration. So it will just sit there. If you go through it, it looks as if they will wait for Zohydro approval and then place an offering at much higher prices from here. They have 56 million in cash right now and no way are going to raise money here at $2.73. This will sit for weeks and months until Zohydro approval imo. People that don't undertand are panic selling a few shares in AH. Monday this is business as usual imo and I believe those discounted shares in AH are easy money. Just my two cents
