I didn't email the company. Sorry! I would post if I had one for you. The people reporting it have never failed before, so it is safe to trust that the e-mail is true. Maybe for good measure one would do it later for you.

You could also e-mail the company yourself and see if they get back to you before they leave for the weekend!
