Sorry, fossils don't have commercial demand like Garnets, Rubies, Emeralds, Sapphires and others stones than Diamond & Gold because the Chinese, N/S-Korean, African, and Indian nations are emerging into the global economy and creating an unprecedented demand for the gemstones their religions and cultures have treasured for 1,000's of years, and now with global dollars are acquiring faster than JTV and QVC can pump it out late at night to them. Who do you think is buying all those gemstones that are precious; emerald, sapphire, & ruby? Diamonds are about to bust out of their $14 Billion dollar lead over the $1 Billion dollar 'colored gemstone' industry. It will be mostly because of India's consumption of these gemstones by their culture who are very frugal and invest in such things. One thing common among even the poorest of these nations is their jewelry, and the continued increase in the consumption and demand for colored gemstones. I will bet you a buffalo nickel there is more than gold in them er hills...that sunset is way to pretty for God not to have left a few gems behind.
