I have had the advantage of discussing this with an experienced intellectual property attorney. His position is that the silence does not do GERS any good from either a settlement perspective or with the courts. You can find the details of those statements in previous posts. This is why I have been so animated about the absolute news black out. GERS could have a business reason for this, such as negotiating new financing, and I am completely speculating here. But there does not appear to be a legal/settlement reason for it and its existence (and our not knowing the reason for it) could extend to our expected shareholder letter.

Ya I believe that makes sense to me as well I don't think gers is on a news blackout just for spite I believe there is a good reason for it and I believe its for the good of the company
