Yes it is a death blow. Dont try and call it anything else. When the DTCC has to step in because the company has shares floating around that should not be there, that means shareholders are being scammed.

Like you said, an explanation is warranted The only conclusion I can point at is the continuing falling PPS. The buck stops at the CEO....!!!

A plan of action to stop the bleeding is what we really need to put some faith back into all of us.
