Simple fact of survival. I have this feeling we are eliminating Union jobs. Look at American Airlines. 20K jobs gone. Its a war going on in there. That pension fund is killing them. It so could go the way of Eastern Airlines. MWWC could very well be providing these once Union ladden secondary companies with a real cost savings alternative to survive.
Most of us are just waithing for Dodge to fold. Thats just a matter of time. Just like the Airlines and Jimmy Carter deregulating the industry,That put the knife in the back of that once Union safe haven. The Auto industry has so been on thin ice. I think it will take a MWWC to give the Fords and GM a chance at survival. Especialy Ford. They have most to lose.
2 and a half shifts working around the clock. Thats not your mom and pop kind of shop.
