Philipmax, I just looked at the kcc dockets and nothing new regarding LTW.

I think Art contested the 363 sell as being after the fact as FDIC had already gifted LTW claim to JPM. Where one would find the document to prove that is beyond me as the asset list FDIC gave to JPM was on day one was never clear.
