I've been watching this one for about a week now. Had a position but ended up selling it. There was an analyst on CNBC on Tuesday touting that we should short the stock. I've been looking but have been unable to find any kind of statistical data or financials on this company. Have you had any luck in finding that?
The way I was looking at it is that if facebook is valued at $75-$100 billion, then the other social media sites will get a boost. It brings up the value for RENN up much higher than it is, possibly even back to the IPO price (around $19/sh)? I just don't know too much about the stock to feel comfortable. However the float seems small as the stock can move very quickly and needs a strong stomach to play. But as you can see it has the ability to run very fast in either direction. Definitely a fun one to watch and maybe even take a position in :-)
