Secondly, I do all this work on a big spreadsheet, BTW I have a spreadsheet for just about everything so why should the contest be any different, I hate doing work manually, because there is a much better chance for error, and I'm the type of person that likes to avoid mistakes if I can. Hope this helps, and congrats on a great first month, but there is another 5 to go.
