Samblis says: Samblis and ICPA are claiming to own the comedy show called “Static” and they will be earning over $100K per episode soon from Comedy Central.
Truth: Sources very close to the show “Static” have told us that Comedy Central has never met with Samblis or Brandon Gibson yet regarding “Static” they don’t even know “Static” exists yet. Much less be signing a contract with them. NO REVENUES!
Fact #2.
Samblis says: ICPA owns the rights to the comedy show “Static” and is entitled to the profits it earns.
Truth: The Production Company owns the show and ICPA and Samblis are merely a small % owner of the show “if” it ever gets picked up by anyone. NO REVENUES!
Fact # 3
Samblis says : Samblis states that Bright House Networks is paying ICPA $5,000 per week per episode for IC Places Hollywood per market.
Truth: Any knucklehead can have their own channel “on demand” with any cable TV market. No one will ever know the show exists unless IC Places Hollywood spends a “ton” of money promoting the show. Since ICPA has no cash, that will never happen. They also have NO viewers for the show ratings are not even measurable thus NO REVENUES!
Fact #3
Samblis was pursued by the SEC for Pumping and dumping stocks. NO REVENUES!
Samblis says: Samblis claims to have a business relationship with Gene Simmons and his company Ortsbo for IC Places to translate his show IC Places Hollywood in 53 different languages. “Game Changer” he says…
Truth: Gene Simmons did take a call from Samblis to ask him questions about his new company and ask for an interview for IC Places Hollywood. Simmons agreed, but there is NO BUSINESS DEAL in the works here. Plain and simple. ICPA is NOT in a partnership with Ortsbo…NO REVENUES!

Samblis says: The movie I love Black People is going to earn big Revenue for ICPA!
Truth: The movie is Horrible and no one will ever pay to see it. The production is terrible and they will LOSE money on the movie. NO REVENUES!

Samblis says: Gas Station Deal for movie reviews will earn big money.
Truth: There is NOT a signed contract, only discussions at this point. NO REVENUES!
Below was passed to me as the investigator wrote
Any 8th grader could do this DD if they picked up the phone and called people from the production and asked probing questions like I did. They can also call Gene Simmons office for comments on a relationship with ICPA and find out all they talked about was an interview request.
