if the PPS reaches $10 per share, the converted shares for the remaining loan will be so so less. It's my dream. I believe GERS will generate enough profit to repay the remaining loan. If not, only a small portion of the loan will be converted to shares.

Sorry, you don't get the Bugaboo Prize for that Gem. If YAGI wants their money they will do the sensible, businesslike thing and extend the loan. In the event, of course, it isn't paid off much before the end of 2012; Which is what? Eleven months away?
