+ court settlements, if successful.. HTC, RIMM, APPL, etc..


but the thing is, all assets are not for sale, I don't see what the full asset list matters anyways, unless it's being fully liquidated. 5 billion to pay debts has to be raised without liquidation, and hopefully it's not shareholders that will be footing the bill. Non-strategic asset sales, patent sales, and settlements all seem vital to me, along with actually turning a profit this year. but if all the stars line up just right, maybe, just maybe.
