A pump is an enthusiastic hyperbole...such as just randomly stating how much market share CBIS will capture as far as dispensaries go. It has nothing to do with that fact that CBIS might capture SOME market share, nonetheless benefiting from it. That is realistic. Saying CBIS will Apple up the dispensaries is NOT realistic. Both assume pot will indeed be legalized ANYWHERE.
