I'm not asking you to revise anything. I'm merely pointing out that it isn't at all likely that 1)the California Bar is investigating 23 year old charges against an attorney who has already resigned and that 2)such investigation might shed any light on the current status of AIMH.

If you want to persist in suggesting otherwise, by all means have at it.
