K 12 division with lower budgets. Small towns and municipalities with lower budgets. Police, fire town services. Times are tough or so they say. Peg channels have over the last few years fought for their lives. For years Telvue spent millions of Gerry Lenfest's money building over 1000 PEG TV stations across the country from New York to California. For the most part products were given away in a introductory offer fashion by the former CEO who found it much easier to give things away then to sell them.

Today the new software is award winning and something a bit easier to get the correct price for. Selling software is not like selling bread. With bread you must always be the slave to raising prices of flour and sugar. Once you have invested your money in software it then pays of big time because you sell the same thing over and over without having ot buy anything. Telvue's software makes life easier and saves time and money for programmers. Will we take off into profit land this quarter ? You never can tell. If you check the next post you may get another angle.

Frank.

I have spent a lot of time on the I Box for this company. In it is a lot of due diligence on TEVE products and services.

The recent addition of Donna Liu to this company, the restructuring of their sales and marketing division, the entry into more markets such as Latin America and the Caribbean -- these are just some of the reasons for the inevitable expansion of this company.

To this, add that the company will soon have no debt and a new share structure.

To that add that TEVE investors don't sell TEVE stock, we only buy.

To this add that anyone with a short position will be forced to cover when the CUSIP changes in a few weeks.

Welcome to the board.
