And yes, its 99% always because a company issued 504 shares without registering them and sneaking them behind the shareholders back and now the DTC cant clear all the trades. The reason its trade for trade now is because there is a share descrepency, caused by rouge companies who issue shares and try and hide them. There is a reason this stock went from .07 to .0010 and likely .0007 at the bell.
