Well.....let's give this to Wally. He is thorough and is folowing law by allowing all of the other involved agencies the requisite 90 days to respond to the application by CGI.

The process will continue, we lay low and wait. Appears that at this time, the wait is longer than most of us would like to see, but "it is what it is", so we wait.

The i's have been dotted and the t's have been crossed, we'll go shovel our snow (or not for some of you)and wait for news. Ah.....take a few days away from the board, rest up a little, the MM's can play their games and it won't bother us a bit. They have potentially billions of shares to sell, so they're not going anywhere. They'll be here when it's time.

So all those people the AM03 is sent to have to review and approve? Is it the type of thing where if one party disagrees the whole thing is in the gutter?

Going to be a long 3 months. The good news is this can't go much lower.

Wow- with 3 full months to dissect the filing,it is hard for me to imagine that Wally and his minions won't ultimatley come out with some list of 7-10 items or more CGFIA has to address before they can get approval. Then we will have more delays while they try to fix those things to the DRMS' satisfaction and the 2012 milling season could be lost.

History tells me we probably won't hear a peep on anything meaningful between now and 5/1.

not a good way to end the week. I share some of the frustrations others have expressed here big time. Nothing to do but sit and wait, though, and hope for a happy ending. If it doesn't come,I'm a big boy and will live with it.
