A few potential reasons:
1 - did you have your order in at $1 like I suggested?
2 - if it was all or none, that's obviously going to be a factor on volume this anemic.
3 - perhaps that pesky little "Caveat Emptor" that we see now (and in perpetuity) is making your broker stop for a second and say "yeah, right, like I'm going to make extra effort for THAT".
Regardless of the fact that they have almost no sales over the past 8 years and continue to mislead the public (intentionally or unintentionally), the second most important part of getting the CE gone is to make the stock more easily tradable. First most important part is following through on a statement that was made so people can't call them liars. On my scorecard, if they do follow through on that statement that would be a grand total of ONE that they have followed through on.
At this point, the company has done nothing to improve its image and I think they are full of baloney.
