And yet not one verified customer or real dollar of revenue (no, selling crap to yourself doesn't count) in over 2-3 years that Val has been CEO and/or Chairman. Just unfulfilled contracts, silly LOIs and fake products & rollouts.

Not much to brag about. Not that it was any before. Looks like a battle of the scammers who fell out of bed.

Deflection in process to keep the eyes off the fact the big revealing of the disruptive tech did not come to fruition once again.

Equitrend is a shyster group. Look up their problems with the SEC.
Patents do not need to be confirmed. They were confirmed at the time they became patents. They are verified. That is searchable on the government website. What is the big question is how will Val find a patent attorney who will tell him they are not useless and out of date. Is that what Borton was hired to do and then Val and MediaG3 stiffed Borton for over ten grand?
Why do you need third party verification? Why not ask all those supposed customers to reveal the awesome speeds? Couldn't Moxie Java verify? I know that name has been bandied about as a customer.
As for contracts for the fiber, purchase or lease agreement proof would be alot more believable.

You are also making claims you cannot support with proof. Glad you brought up the AXS pump, what was the result of that anyway, seems like Val "forgot" to update shareholders about that.

The CW "contract" was nothing more than an agent agreement that anyone could obtain, and it was not national. The CW contract was for the Boise area and Portland, and there was a performance clause to expand IF objectives were reached. Val was his only sales person and the contract was terminated by CW for two reasons:

1) Poor performance
2) Illegally stating the CW rollouts in various cities were IW, not stating they were CW's.

There was never any call center contracts. The cell towers were not in operation and never brought in any revenue for Val. When Val touted he had 10 cell towers he failed to state no other wireless companies wanter to share them and 10 sites were nothing given it takes hundreds to service even to Boise metropolitan area. The patents did exist, however what was not point out is they were for outdated products that were, and are currently of no use.

Every document that envolves mdgc is a fraud. LMAO cause this is toooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny.

Do I have to list every PR that was a lie? No, I won't do that cause it is a waist of time. Every one of them was a lie.

It would be an easier task to list the ones that weren't a lie.

Any??? Oh and you can give proof that it wasn't a lie.

Hahaha...Good luck coming up with something because after two years here I have found nothing.
