The CW "contract" was nothing more than an agent agreement that anyone could obtain, and it was not national. The CW contract was for the Boise area and Portland, and there was a performance clause to expand IF objectives were reached. Val was his only sales person and the contract was terminated by CW for two reasons:
1) Poor performance
2) Illegally stating the CW rollouts in various cities were IW, not stating they were CW's.
There was never any call center contracts. The cell towers were not in operation and never brought in any revenue for Val. When Val touted he had 10 cell towers he failed to state no other wireless companies wanter to share them and 10 sites were nothing given it takes hundreds to service even to Boise metropolitan area. The patents did exist, however what was not point out is they were for outdated products that were, and are currently of no use.
