Yikes....not very strong arguments. This is scary...Tivus has destroyed longs..without doubt! And now they have allowed competition to steamroll with their own agendas while taking months and months to do Philly and Omaha. Supposedly there is a third contract but I'm not even sure there is a second contract. Guarantees to the one contract which details have been made will be coming up also.
Tivus you have taken an incredible opportunity in a changing...ripe...industry and it looks like you blew it because the most important thing to you folks has been padding your back pockets by getting in bed with those "angel" investors who got no floor to stand on. (Centaurs is a bigot...a self proclaimed loser.) But that doesn't matter because angels have wings and don't need a floor...shareholders (except the lucky ones who didn't hear of your great idea early on and who recently bought in) needed a floor so they have fallen and can't get up.
