Hi Phil! Thanks for the kind words and for letting me know what Matt said. I really appreciate knowing that.

About helping people and referrals, anytime I can I'm willing; I love helping people, either by PM or on the boards. I help a lot of people out in way of a PM, it's a little less hassle for some folks. A lot of iH members helped me when I first arrived, and many still do. Hey, It's all family here, and it makes it all a better experience for us all. So send anyone to me anytime, I don't mind at all, in fact I like it.
