It also states that the deal/terms are agreed upon, and that legal councel's approval is what is needed. In addition read between the lines, this deal is the corner stone, meaning more deals are in the horizon. So GDSM bases out at .0025 for a few days, but closer to next Thursday, it will start moving up, as I am expecting another PR, by then. My opinion.
