Why? Lots of people could pull this off. The hardest part is done the property, the second hardest getting the money is in process. Doesn't appear that Scott is the only one who can make that happen nor is hugely gifted in getting it done. Plenty of investment bankers who know how if not better than Scott. The rest many people can build and operate a mine.
Not really. In fact, HKHE is placing some of their own people on the board of Nio-Star in conjunction with the financing. I think we will get some solid talent on board if it's who we think it is.
