Thanks, good to know. I must have forgotten about the small float, it's been so long since initial DD. It's been widely fluctuating the last few days for sure. I've averaged down to 6.21, may need to take it down further while I still can.
I think I'm the poster who started this string of posts, wondering how long it would take to get back to break even. Lots of different answers, all good but I like yours. :)
It's all good, I knew it was long term from the first buy. If we get bought out, that's ok too but I don't see that happening as quick as we may see a JV. That comment may start a new string, but I think they like their HREE's. BIG future profits.
