At this point in time and in retrospect, I have to agree with you. The BOD voted down that agreement last August, over 5 months ago and I would think that they assumed that funding would not be so difficult to get and they would be able to get a better deal.

There are at least a dozen junior mining companies that are looking for funding but they are also looking for minerals. At least SIRG has the minerals.
