Yes, it does. From what I was reading, it looked like the only good thing about an institution interest in a stock is that they knew something good about the stock but if so, the way they could manipulate the stock through trading their enormous share count was rather scary. I wasn't implying that this was happening to BRAV, it was just a general question and I was trying to figure out why the difference between it being a penny stock. Thanks!
