Not only more valuable, but apparently 10X more valuable.
Yasumatsu gets 5 million shares, Noah Clark gets 54 million.

Obviously, Clark has been unsuccessful at securing one dime of outside investment in GOSY, while Yasu has supposedly gotten these great deals with China and Japan.

Either Yasu is easy to take advantage of by roger (which, given roger's past dealings with employees, may be a requirement for continued employment), or Clark must have some really juicy information on roger. At least that's MHO.
