I have not seen any formal data but I would have to assume it is very low - well under 1%.

If I have ever seen a candidate, then ESPI has to be moving in the direction to be one of the very few.

I am in no way saying that it is even a possibility on their mind for a buyout to happen. I just think that things are moving in a great direction for ESPI, its business, and the shareholders.
