Uh, b/c then LBSR would have MONEY? You know, to like pay for ZTEM, geochem, and DRILLING?

You may not have noticed, but we don't have revenues. LBSR is not in existence to save money. It is here to spend it on exploration.

We shareholders will make money if capital is deployed to get what we hope is in the ground proved up.

And Fairhills would provide this financing at a premium b/c they are not a charity. Nor are they metals and mining experts. They see sustained volume and interest in the float and figure that they can make money by buying our shares at a discount. Good for them.
