He sure turned it around for the holders of the A's - got rid the the entire common shareholder base, now they can do as they please.

Everyone involved here needs to be held accountable for their actions, and they will. It will all come to light soon enough.

Bruce you really cannot believe that? Look at how many shares you now own and tell me exactly how Joe is going to sell more shares to fund building QASP without price going down again? Dilution will happen again and thus same result tanking price. Just going to rinse and repeat. Anyone who thinks after this r/s shareholders can recover is dreaming. Not possible. Never is after 1 for 1000 level r/s. That wipes us as price tanks again we have nothing left. Why would anyone now buy a lot of shares for any price seeing track record of this company? When more dilution in big numbers will be needed to raise capital or do anything tio build a more then small co. QASp for shareholders in before r/s are toast after today. Now Sec should shut this down so they cannot scam more shareholders all over again.
