Finally an explanation on HOW this ( Very Creative)Financing could work to bring in the 10 million dollars to get the drilling started and yes under the circumstances this was probably the Life preserver the Company needed- Thanks for the Courteous response

'The 5% is simply a limit as to ownership at one point in time' So with the O/S at 636 mil shares that would put their limit at 31 1/2 million. Hopefully we start trading 10 million shares a day and it won't matter much.
