There is really no reason to celebrate this transition.. I am not 100% sure, but I am pretty sure that this transaction is due to money that John Stanton owed to Stephen and he transferred these shares in some partial payment. I think we will find this is the simple truth here. Stephen did the right thing by filing with the SEC in receiving this amount of shares. The good news may turn out to be that in his acceptance of the shares, Stephen believes that they are of some value for him and he might hold them for a better day. At least John is not selling these shares at will..
