If they were to comply with SEC filing deadlines, the annual report would not be due until the end of March.

Yes, this is the end of their fiscal year so they have 90 days to file. I don't see Dan filing early so we can look for it at the end of March. Numbers should be very good though:)

Hopefully we'll see some other WNRC news before then.
