Anyone? Must be a legal thing. Why did they replace the 'equity line' wording with 'financing agreement'?

Hey Guys- First I am Not a Typist- Only Can be succinct-
Just trying to explain the Limitations here
We need more $ to Drill 5 Million Minimum if they dont raise capital and this is the only thing they come up with then the restriction becomes the 5% stock ownwership and if they sell shares into market then it becomes a back door dilution...please some help to explain the issue ...can someone see what I am trying to bring to the table as to what I perceive the Problem to be ...... HOw can they raise 5 million today to DRILL otherwise doesn't move us closer to a Value asset in the ground
