Indie,

Will you please explain how a 2 for 1 forward split would be "a good thing"? That would give the share structure over 12 billion shares.

The history of this stock has been dilution out to 11 billion shares and then a reverse split in 2009, 2010, and 2011.

How does having almost 13 billion shares help the situation???
