You should have let your caretaker handle that, I hope they don't take too long to mail it back...lol...you should bank with scottrade, just go down the office, say "Here" then walk out...no $30 fees either

Rockie, don't panic. The worst thing that happens is that your vote doesn't count, you don't see the shares locked.

But you have plenty of time to correct the issue, if any, and at least do the releases to get NewCo shares.

I'd just wait a day or so and see if your shares become Locked -- then you know all is good.

If not, you re-send it.
