Your point (2) doesn't take into account that Fairhills will sell into the market, thus lessening their % and allowing them to buy more. But that is exactly why an S-1 is part of the deal.

This is the beginning of a bullish move. I expect more headlines soon if they wish to remain as strategic as they have been. If someone's watching a single day and wondering why we're not at .20c and breaking out toward .30, they're doing it wrong.
