Your point (2) doesn't take into account that Fairhills will sell into the market, thus lessening their % and allowing them to buy more. But that is exactly why an S-1 is part of the deal.

FYI - The 5% limit is for Section 13D purposes.

This is the beginning of a bullish move. I expect more headlines soon if they wish to remain as strategic as they have been. If someone's watching a single day and wondering why we're not at .20c and breaking out toward .30, they're doing it wrong. This will be a very long climb over and above .20c and from there upside is unlimited.. but on this chart, you have to accumulate and not be wishy washy every other week.

The funding company can not own more than 5% ( approx 35 million shares) of company shares so hypothetically for the company to draw down 10 million the share price would have to go to approx .40 - Thoughts/comments That is about the same SP I calculated.
