SIPN ,Check today's news , It has 10 mil float 18 mil restricted .
Obviously , more than a mil traded it could not have had float of so low.
I am holding this there is huge bounce potential.

1.13 million traded today. I'd suspect the float has gotten a bit
larger. Although the price right now is very cheap IMO and L2
shows a nice large jump to .18.

Very good potential IMO. Volume before price maybe?
