I think a felony complaint can be made in any jurisdiction because it's a publicly traded stock, so wherever injury occured, that court can claim j/d. BUT, then again, may be properly brought in local District Attorney office in Nevada (place of incorporation), and in county where office is listed so not to waste time. Have to check FRCP notes. Forget these particulars.
