It is wrong all the way around but what can any of us do when our own representation sells out. I don’t just mean the EC I mean the court as well. There is no excuse good enough to justify what this judge has done to the multitude for the benefit of the few. Though I doubt it she may have an attack of conscience and not redact her finding of a colorable claim but I think she will; she never has stood for right over wrong, only done what is expedient for her friends. You know what a judge is don’t you? That’s a lawyer that just couldn’t cut the mustard and couldn’t repay their student loans any other way.
