You need to get a dictionary. The share structure has never been a secret and is regularly reported in PR's. Repeatedly implying dilution(whether think does or not he knows that is the scare tactic behind the issue) -which is the whole scare tactic false accusation behind the issue. So the whole targeted campaign re this issue is another dishonest scare tactic repeated ad nauseum no matter how many times the PR statements are noted on the issue.
