This company is just diluting the living bejesus out of this stock. I mean seriously, they keep issuing shares for cash, giving away shares to the employees for bounses etc. Are you freaking kidding me, this company should not be giving anyone a bonus. They have done nothing but rack up 50 million in debt and
crashed their stock from .07 to nearly .0007 here shortly.

This stock is actually completely worthless and clearly
the CEO is just using this as an ATM until it finally hit rocks bottom and there is no one left in the stock worth anything.

The truth is sadly Kimble has been right all along and everyone who has been trying to catch this falling knife has been sliced and diced all the way. The SEC should just close this down.
