spoke - do you think they are required to make an announcement that the quiet period is over? Just wondering, since I surely don't know all the in's and out's of it. Do they announce when the SEC review is completed, or does the SEC post it?

Thanks - and yes, I apoligize since I thought you were directing it at cobra. Mine wasn't meant to be snide as I do consider you as somewhat of an expert on NVEI, especially compared to a lot of the self proclaimed ones - lol

BTW - I'm back up to 18 now - hope to get back to my original status someday.
